Terms and Conditions of Sale — Studio 79

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products on the lestudio79.fr website, published by Studio 79. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 — Products

Studio 79 offers fashion items and accessories for sale. Products are presented with a description and photographs that are as accurate as possible. Minor variations between the photograph and the delivered product may occur (e.g., color nuances related to screen display), without constituting a defect in conformity.

Article 4 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable, see Article 2). Studio 79 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to an order is that in force at the time of its validation.

Article 5 — Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address indicated by the customer. Studio 79 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of order, by the means offered on the site (credit card, and/or other available means). Transactions are secure.

Article 7 — Delivery

Products are shipped within 48 business hours after order validation, unless otherwise specified on the product sheet. Delivery times are given for information only; a reasonable delay cannot lead to cancellation of the order or compensation.

Studio 79 delivers to metropolitan France and a selection of European countries. The list of available delivery countries, as well as the associated costs and deadlines, are communicated and confirmed at the time of order, before payment validation.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@lestudio79.fr before the deadline expires. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with its tags.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Reimbursement occurs within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as that used for the order.

Article 9 — Returns and Refunds

For a simple change of mind, the customer has the right of withdrawal described in Article 8 (14 days to notify their decision, then an additional 14 days to return the product).

A product received damaged, defective, or not conforming to the order must be reported to contact@lestudio79.fr within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by justifying photos. Studio 79 will examine each report on a case-by-case basis to offer an exchange, a credit, or a refund.

Article 10 — Legal Guarantees

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 11 — Liability

Studio 79 cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract in the event of stock shortage, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and transport means.

Article 12 — Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.

Article 13 — Mediation

In accordance with articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer can freely resort to a consumer mediation service in the event of a dispute not resolved directly with Studio 79.

Article 14 — Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
