Delivery

What are the delivery methods? [To be finalized once the logistics provider is confirmed — e.g. Mondial Relay, Colissimo]

What are the delivery times? Your orders are shipped within 48 business hours after validation. Delivery times then vary depending on the destination.

Which countries do you deliver to? We deliver to mainland France and a selection of European countries. The up-to-date list and associated costs are indicated at the time of order.

Do you deliver internationally? The list of countries we deliver to is regularly updated and appears directly in the drop-down menu when validating your order. If you cannot find your country in this list, or for any questions, write to us at contact@lestudio79.fr — we will do our best to find a solution.

How can I track my order? A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item? Contact us at contact@lestudio79.fr stating your order number. We will tell you what to do.

What is the withdrawal period? You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.

How long does it take to get a refund? The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do? Contact us at contact@lestudio79.fr within 7 days of receipt, with photos. We will find a solution quickly.

Order & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments by credit card (Shopify Payments) and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Our orders are prepared and shipped quickly, which makes modifications or cancellations difficult once the order has been placed. However, do not hesitate to write to us at contact@lestudio79.fr, we will do our best to find a solution.
